The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 42” flat screen TV, sliding glass door leading to the balcony, large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with single vanity sink, and shower and tub combination. The guest room has a queen-size bed and a twin-size bunk bed with twin trundle bed, with direct access to a bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The condo also has a full-size washer and dryer.

Grab your swimsuit and enjoy the luxuries of - first come, first serve - on-site boat slips, 2 outdoor pools, a sandy nook right by the boat dock perfect for little ones with beach toys, and private beach access. Bring the kayaks and paddle boards for an easy drop-in for all day fun on Old River, or bring your fishing poles, fish all day, and take advantage of the fish cleaning station. You can even store your boat/jet ski trailer there, or drop a line from the fishing docks. Other amenities include two swimming pools (one Gulf front and one Bayfront.)
